Cancellation of the 2020 Intramural Soccer Spring Season

Spring Intramural Refund Notice

 

To Our Membership,

We continue to live in unusual times and we continue to hope for the health and  safety of our membership. Based on current conditions and closures of schools in all the area, the Board voted Monday, May 4th to cancel the intramural program for the spring. 

We appreciate the difficulties individual families within our membership are encountering. We would like to offer our membership an ability to help others in the community through the following by responding to a confidential google form.

The form consists of three options:

  1. 100% donation of your spring registration fee to the club to help with operating costs and fall registrations for those with financial needs.
  2. A partial refund and a partial donation of the spring registration fee to the club to help with operating costs and fall registrations for those with financial needs.
  3. A full refund of the spring registration fee.

Please complete the form by no later than June 15th.

We will begin processing refunds upon receipt. If there is an urgent need we will do our best to address in an expedited time frame. We hope that we will all see each other on the fields sometime in the near future.
