Intramural/REC Team Refund Policy
Spring 2025
Any player who completes registration and pays in full is considered to have accepted an invitation to play on a Warrington Soccer Club Intramural Team. This player commits to pay the entire registration fee for the full Fall Season.
If a player decides to cancel their registration prior to March 1, 2025, they will receive a full refund, less a $10 administrative fee.
If a player decides to cancel their registration between March 1, 2025 and March 15, 2025, they will receive a 50% refund, less a $10 administrative fee.
If a player decides to cancel their registration after March 15, 2025, they will not receive a refund.
WSC understands that extenuating circumstances may arise (for example, a season ending injury or a family moving out of the area) and under those special circumstances, the Board may make an exception and consider a partial or full refund during the Intramural season. These special circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis during WSC Board Meetings. To be considered, refund requests must be in writing. Please forward refund requests to the Director of Intramural at intramural@warringtonsoccerpa.org for consideration and resolution. Once a refund request email is received, the request will be added to the agenda of the next WSC Board Meeting. Decisions on refund requests will be returned, via email, within 72 hours after the scheduled meeting.
Within the scope of this policy, no WSC employee, coach, volunteer, or Board Member has the authority to issue refunds outside of the WSC Intramural Team Refund Policy.
