We understand some families may be on vacation during the start of the season. That's okay! Once you are added to your TeamSnap team just mark your child's availability for practices and games to make your child's coach aware of expected attendance. Thank you!

FALL Program Details 

 

U5 will hold their first session on Sunday August 27th. U5 registration deadline is 8/13.

The U5 fee (2019 and 2020 Birth Years) is $175 ($145 registration fee + $30 per player volunteer fee). Players must have turned at least 3 years old by March 1, 2023 in order to play. The u5 is a co-ed parent-child program overseen by our REC Director of Coaching (DOC). All 2020 birth years will be in the 12PM session. 2019 will be distributed between 12PM and 1PM based on birthdate.  Parent meeting for U5 parents will be August 16th @ 5:30 on Field 6. U6 will begin practices the week of 8/21 and games begin Saturday 8/26. U6 registration deadline is 8/13.

The U6 fee (2018 Birth Year) is $220 ($190 registration fee + $30 per player volunteer fee). The u6 is a co-ed program playing 4v4 games as recommended by US Soccer. They have 6 Age Group Practices on Monday nights (Friday 9/8 will substitute for Labor Day) and games Saturday mornings. For more information on the U6 program:  U6 Program Information

 

U8 will begin practices the week of 8/21 and games begin Saturday 8/26. U8 registration deadline is 8/13.

The U8 fee (2016 and 2017 Birth Years) is $220 ($190 registration fee + $30 per player volunteer fee). The u8 program plays 4v4 games as recommended by US Soccer. The goal is to run separate boy and girl programs for this age group. They have practice two evenings a week (one AGP and one Team) and games on Saturdays. For more information on the U8 program:  U8 Program Information
 

U10 will begin age group practices the week of 8/21 and play games in the SEPA league beginning the weekend of 9/9. U10 registration deadline is 8/13.

The U10 fee (2014 and 2015 Birth Years) is $220 ($190 registration fee + $30 per player volunteer fee). The u10 age group participates in the Southeastern PA Rec League (SEPA) and will have home games at Warrington Soccer Club fields and away games at clubs in Bucks and neighboring counties. They have practice two evenings a week (one AGP and one Team) and games on the weekends. For more information on the U10 program:  U10 Program Information

U12 – U19 will start games in the SEPA league the weekend of 9/9. Practices will begin at the discretion of the coach, as early as the week of 8/28 but by the week of 9/4. U12-19 registration deadline is 8/25.

U12 through U19 fee (2013 through 2005 Birth Years) is $230 ($200 registration fee + $30 per player volunteer fee). These age groups play as part of the Southeastern PA Rec League (SEPA) and will have home games at our fields and away games at clubs in Bucks and neighboring counties. Our SEPA teams have two weekly team practices with their coach; professional training sessions with our REC DOC are also available for these older age groups on request.  For more information on SEPA: SEPA REC League

 

Intramural Volunteer Fee 

For the Fall Intramural Program, the club will be charging a $30 per player fee. This fee may be earned back by completing the required volunteer hours. Our club is only as strong as our volunteers. All club members are expected to volunteer. Please consider volunteering as a coach or field liner.  You will select your volunteer position on the screen when prompted. PERSPECTIVE COACHES: Pre-season COACH clinics are listed below.  This is for ANYONE interested in coaching.

U6 & U8 Coaches on Wednesday, August 16th @ 6:15 PM

SEPA Coaches (U10 and up) on Thursday, August 17th @ 5:30 PM

**Registration Deadline**

Registration closes as follows:  U5 – 8/13; U6 – 8/13; U8 – 8/13; u10 – 8/13; U12-U19 – 8/25. A $50 late fee per player will be added to your registration fee after the deadline.

 **We reserve the right to close, or introduce a wait list, for any age group at any time, if it is deemed full so registering in a timely fashion is always advisable.  An example of 'deemed full' is if we cannot get enough coaches for the number of players / proposed teams in a particular age group.

Player, Coach, Parent, & Community Safety

First and foremost, for the health and safety of the community, no player, parent, or coach shall attend a practice or game if they are not feeling well. As part of the registration process, you signed and agreed to our Return To Play Protocols. 

Covid-19/Coronavirus Communication Protocols

Warrington Soccer Club has established a Health Safety committee consisting of several board members and the club’s Executive Director. Please read the Communication Protocols here. All Covid-19/Coronavirus communications regarding the health and safety of our players, coaches, and administrators should be directed to the following email address: healthsafety@warringtonsoccerpa.org.

Fall Intramural Practice and Game Day Protocols are in development and will be shared prior to the start of practices.

Background Clearances for Coaches and Assistant Coaches

US Youth Soccer and EPYSA require that all coaches and managers complete a series of background checks, registrations, and trainings before stepping on the field for practices or games.
